 ENJOY THE JOURNEY

DOULA LABOR SUPPORT

Congratulations on your pregnancy! Your childbirth experience will have a profound influence on your postpartum and parenting journey and I'm thrilled that you are seeking Doula support. I recognize the sacredness of bringing life forward and I view it as a beautiful opportunity to explore the glory of God in Childbirth & Family and our divine role in Community.

A lot of information on Birth focuses on the medical aspects of care and while that's a very important component, there is little focus on your personal experience bringing life into the world and into your family and home. My labor support focuses on both of these important aspects. I am passionate about providing families not only tools for birth, but the knowledge necessary to properly use them. To fully maximize the benefit of Doula Support, I recommend reaching out to me between your 12th and 16th week of pregnancy, however my services can be retained up to the day of labor, pending my availability and FREE Birth Discovery Session.

Not only am I listening, I'm ready to support you

Birth Consultations

I am beyond excited to expand my services to now include Birth Consultations to support birthing families no matter where they live. When it comes to bringing life forward, there is a great deal to learn and consider. I offer these consultations to create a space for birthing families to explore their options with mindfulness and intention, going deeper into subjects that tend to be glossed over, yet have a huge impact throughout the childbirth continuum. Seldom do we realize that the very first choices we're making, even before our babies are born, is in fact parenting. These family focused Birth Consultations are an enjoyable way to explore the options that have a profound impact on the birth experience.

My Goal Is That You Embody Your Birth, Not Just Have A Baby!

Birth Consultations are completely unique to the individual and are not in a structured, standardized form. Each session will have a natural development and flow. They may be conducted by Zoom or phone, based on the client's preferences and the topics covered. You are welcome to prepare questions or topics that you would like to specifically discuss and Birth Partners are HIGHLY encouraged to participate whenever possible. A follow-up email including resources, notes and recommendations will follow each session and I remain available to you for email/text support until your birth. While Birth Consultations may be purchased separately, they are automatically included with Labor Support Services.

Benefits of Birth Consultations Include:
